{"id":1024,"date":"2012-02-02T15:05:12","date_gmt":"2012-02-02T15:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?p=1024"},"modified":"2012-02-03T21:48:00","modified_gmt":"2012-02-03T21:48:00","slug":"enchiladas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?p=1024","title":{"rendered":"Enchiladas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A few steps and awfully messy to make these but well worth the effort!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?attachment_id=1037\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1037\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1037\" title=\"Enchilada\" src=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/chicken-enchiladas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"327\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/chicken-enchiladas.jpg 327w, http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/chicken-enchiladas-300x162.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 327px) 100vw, 327px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n8 Tortillas ( 8&#8243; ones)<br \/>\n1 package Just like Ground Round<br \/>\n1 medium Onion, chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Sour Cream<br \/>\n1 cup Monterrey Jack or Colby cheese, grated<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons fresh Parsley, chopped<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\nFresh Ground Pepper<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Sauce:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a01 800g can Diced tomatoes or Tomato Sauce (puree)<br \/>\n2\/3 cup Water<br \/>\n1\/3 cup Green Pepper, chopped<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon Adobo Seasoning*<br \/>\n1 clove Garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon Cilantro, chopped<br \/>\n3\/4 cup Monterrey Jack or Colby cheese, grated<br \/>\nSliced Black Olives<br \/>\nChopped Jalapenos<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mix together Just like Ground Round, chopped onion, sour cream, shredded cheese(s),parsley, S&amp;P; set aside.*(If using ground beef, cook and stir h&#8217;burger over med heat just until cooked.
