{"id":1044,"date":"2012-02-03T02:45:54","date_gmt":"2012-02-03T02:45:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?p=1044"},"modified":"2012-02-03T02:47:22","modified_gmt":"2012-02-03T02:47:22","slug":"italian-style-steak-and-zucchini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?p=1044","title":{"rendered":"Italian Style &#8220;Steak&#8221; and Zucchini"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is Day Four of my husband&#8217;s Atkins Diet and I am already starting to struggle with &#8220;What to cook for dinner tonight?&#8221; This is largely due to the fact that I refuse to cook two meals. \u00a0It is a well known fact that the Atkins Diet is also referred to as the Meat Diet and that doesn&#8217;t really fit into my Vegetarian lifestyle! Perhaps if I was a new Vegetarian I might have been able to abandon my whimsy but I have been doing this now for thirty-one years !<\/p>\n<p>So whilst I fretted about what to cook for dinner tonight, I also thought about how I might incorporate a Vegetarian substitute?
