Dinner on the table with zero effort on my part at the time of day when I am at my worst!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1360\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1360\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?attachment_id=1360\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1360\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1360\" title=\"Beef Stew with a MIM and Salad\" src=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Beef-Stew-with-a-MIM-and-Salad.jpg\" alt=\"Beef Stew with a MIM and Salad\" width=\"640\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Beef-Stew-with-a-MIM-and-Salad.jpg 640w, http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Beef-Stew-with-a-MIM-and-Salad-300x249.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1360\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Beef Stew with a MIM and Salad<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Stewing Beef<br \/>\nCan of Tomatoes<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cans of Water<br \/>\nhalf a can of Tomato Paste because I used half a can the night before making Pizza Sauce<br \/>\n1 Turnip, cut into chunks<br \/>\nhandful of mini carrots<br \/>\n2 Leeks, coz I had them in the fridge<br \/>\n3 stalks of Celery, cut into chunky bits<\/p>\n<p>A bit of Thyme<br \/>\nA bit of Sage<br \/>\n3 Bay Leaves<br \/>\nSome Paprika<br \/>\nSalt and Pepper<br \/>\n1 McCormicks Beef Boullion cube<br \/>\nA splash of Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n<p>Turned the slow cooker onto high heat, left it going all day long, came home at 3 45, took the lid off, left it on high heat to let it cook down a bit while Luke and I took Bear for a walk.<\/p>\n<p>Served it up with a MIM (Muffin in a Minute) and a Salad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After not getting dinner on the table until 8:30 pm Monday night I decided to take another tack for today; I took meat out of the freezer last night, defrosted it then threw together a Beef Stew in the Crockpot at 6 am this morn&#8230;.voila!
