Raspberries are soon in season around here so I am sure we will see this one showing up at a Sunday Dinner in the very near future.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1693\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1693\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?attachment_id=1693\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1693\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1693\" alt=\"Wonderful Raspberries throughout with a hint of Chocolate \" src=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/raspberry-cheesecake-300x224.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/raspberry-cheesecake-300x224.jpg 300w, http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/raspberry-cheesecake-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/raspberry-cheesecake-624x468.jpg 624w, http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/raspberry-cheesecake.jpg 1136w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1693\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Wonderful Raspberries throughout .<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Crust:<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Butter<br \/>\n2 cups Graham Wafer Crumbs<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed<\/p>\n<p>Filling:<br \/>\n2 &#8211; 3 oz (85g) Raspberry Jello<br \/>\n1 cup boiling Water<br \/>\n15 oz frozen Raspberries, partially thawed<\/p>\n<p>2 &#8211; 8 oz packages Cream Cheese, softened<br \/>\n3\/4 cup Icing Sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 cup Whipped Cream<\/p>\n<p>Crust: Melt butter in saucepan.<br \/>\nStir in crumbs and sugar.<br \/>\nPack into an ungreased 9X13 \u00a0pan. ( Krick and I use a square springform pan)<br \/>\nBake in 350F degree oven for 10 minutes or you can use it without baking.<\/p>\n<p>Filling: Dissolve Jello in water.<br \/>\nStir in berries.<br \/>\nChill until syrupy.<br \/>\nBeat softened cream cheese and icing sugar together until blended.<br \/>\nFold in whipped cream.<br \/>\nFold in thickened jello.<br \/>\nPour over crust and chill at least 4 hours.<br \/>\nSprinkle with chocolate shavings, if desired.<\/p>\n<p>Serves 15<\/p>\n<p>This recipe come from Jean Pare&#8217;s Company&#8217;s Coming _Desserts_ page 33.<\/p>\n<p>The original recipe calls for 2 packages of whipped topping mix.
