I must confess, having been, and continuing to be a Vegetarian for over 30 years, I feel like a fish out of water when it comes to cooking Meat products which is why I followed this recipe for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keyingredient.com\/recipes\/346290727\/chicken-bombs\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chicken Bombs,<\/a> pretty much to the T.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1724\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1724\" style=\"width: 612px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?attachment_id=1724\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1724\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1724\" alt=\"Chicken Bombs with an Explosion of Flavour in every bite!\" src=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chicken-Bombs.jpg\" width=\"612\" height=\"612\" srcset=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chicken-Bombs.jpg 612w, http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chicken-Bombs-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chicken-Bombs-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1724\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Chicken Bombs with an Explosion of Flavour in every bite!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>5 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts<br \/>\n&#8211; or Fast Fry Chicken Breasts<br \/>\n2 Jalapenos, cut into 10 strips<br \/>\n20 slices Bacon<br \/>\n4 oz Cream Cheese, softened<br \/>\n1 cup Colby or Jack Cheese, shredded<br \/>\nSalt and Pepper, to taste<br \/>\n1 cup BBQ sauce<\/p>\n<p>Preheat Grill to 350F.<br \/>\nCombine cream cheese and shredded cheese together and set aside.<br \/>\nSlice Chicken Breasts in half.<br \/>\n(I got a package of the Fast Fry Chicken Breasts which were pretty thinly sliced so I got to omit the first step.)<br \/>\nPlace between wax paper and pound until about 1\/4&#8243; thick.<br \/>\nSeason with Salt and Pepper.<br \/>\nSpread about 1 Tbspn of cream cheese mixture onto a strip of jalape\u00f1o \u00a0and place on chicken breast; roll up to wrap completely &#8211; repeat with each chicken breast.<br \/>\nWrap each chicken breast with two strips of bacon each, starting at one end of chicken breast and working your way along to cover the entire thing with bacon.<br \/>\nCook on preheated 350F Grill over indirect heat, turning over every 5 minutes, brushing with BBQ sauce each time, for about 30 minutes or until chicken is done &#8211; when pierced with a fork the juices run clear.<br \/>\nYou can also bake these in the oven:<br \/>\nBake in 375F oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.<br \/>\nTurn midway through cooking time, baste with BBQ sauce.<br \/>\nAt the end of the cooking time, turn oven to Broil and Broil for about 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Serves 5<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alright, so normally I look at a recipe, think about the flavours, presentation, etc and then change it up to suit our needs.
