This is a fresh, delightful salad!<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/site\/sonteisservingitup\/events\/broccolislaw\/IMG_1606.JPG?attredirects=0\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/site\/sonteisservingitup\/_\/rsrc\/1282101694256\/events\/broccolislaw\/IMG_1606.JPG\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div>Dressing:<\/div>\n<div>3\/4 cup Mayo<\/div>\n<div>3 Tbsp Vinegar<\/div>\n<div>2 Tbsp Sugar<\/div>\n<div>1 teaspoon Salt<\/div>\n<div>Freshly ground Pepper<\/div>\n<div>1 teaspoon Onion Salt<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>4 cups Broccoli Florets<\/div>\n<div>2 cups shredded Red Cabbage<\/div>\n<div>1 medium Carrot, grated<\/div>\n<div>1\/2 cup snipped Chives<\/div>\n<div>1\/2 cup Raisins<\/div>\n<div>1\/2 cup Sunflowers<\/div>\n<div>In small mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients, stir well to combine, adjust to taste; add a little more salt, more vinegar etc.<\/div>\n<div>Set aside.<\/div>\n<div>In large salad bowl combine broccoli, cabbage, carrot, chives, raisins and sunflowers.<\/div>\n<div>Add dressing and stir well to coat all the vegetables.<\/div>\n<div>Cover and refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours before serving to allow flavours to blend.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When your garden is producing too much broccoli for you to know what to do with it all!
