Heaven forbid I lose the recipe!<\/p>\n<p>Peanut Butter Balls<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Butter, room temperature<br \/>\nPinch of Salt<br \/>\nSplash of Vanilla<br \/>\n1 cup Icing Sugar<br \/>\n1 cup Dark Chocolate, chopped<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Salted Roasted Peanuts, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>Stir peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt until well combined.<br \/>\nStir in icing sugar until smooth.<br \/>\nScoop out heaping 1-teaspoon portions and roll into balls.<br \/>\nPlace on a parchment covered baking tray and freeze until firm, about an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Line a second baking tray with parchment paper; set aside.<br \/>\nMelt chocolate in a small heat-proof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth; remove from heat.<\/p>\n<p>Dip peanut butter balls into chocolate and roll to coat.<br \/>\nRemove with fork, tapping edge of bowl to shake off excess.<br \/>\nTransfer to prepared sheet, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate peanut butter balls until chocolate is firm, about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hubs LOVES these Peanut Butter Balls!
