{"id":2456,"date":"2023-08-11T11:53:48","date_gmt":"2023-08-11T18:53:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?p=2456"},"modified":"2023-08-11T11:53:48","modified_gmt":"2023-08-11T18:53:48","slug":"super-easy-blender-hollandaise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?p=2456","title":{"rendered":"Super Easy Blender Hollandaise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bring the extraordinary to your weekday breakfasts with this super easy Hollandaise Sauce!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hollandaise Sauce<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 ounces butter, room temperature<br \/>\n1 large Egg Yolk<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed,\u00a0 juice will do in a pinch.<br \/>\nPinch of Salt<br \/>\nPinch of Cayenne<\/p>\n<p>Melt butter then allow to cool slightly.<br \/>\nBlend together yolk, lemon juice and salt in the blender; pulse to combine.<br \/>\nWith blender running, slowly stream in half the warm melted butter.<br \/>\nStart slowly, a few drops, allowing egg yolk to warm up then add in a steady stream.<br \/>\nOnce half the butter has been blended in, stop blender and check the sauce.<br \/>\nIf it looks like it broke (grainy, lumpy) then add a teaspoon of hot water and blitz for a few seconds.<br \/>\nAdd remaining melted butter in a slow steady stream.<br \/>\nTaste and adjust seasonings.<br \/>\nPour hollandaise over freshly poached eggs.<\/p>\n<p>This is just enough for 2 serves of Eggs Benny<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bring the extraordinary to your weekday breakfasts with this super easy Hollandaise Sauce!
