Now I personally do not eat them but the family loves them!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_255\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-255\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-255\" href=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?attachment_id=255\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-255\" title=\"IMG_2650\" src=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_2650-300x228.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_2650-300x228.jpg 300w, http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_2650.jpg 887w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-255\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tomato Basil Pork Chops<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4 Tomato Basil Pork Chops<br \/>\n1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix<br \/>\n2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon Basil<br \/>\nSalt and Pepper, to taste<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce<br \/>\n1 cup shredded Mozza<\/p>\n<p>Lightly grease a 2litre baking dish with vegetable oil spray.<br \/>\nPreheat oven to 400F.<\/p>\n<p>On large dinner plate combine onion soup mix, bread crumbs, basil, salt and pepper.<br \/>\nPlace a pork chop in the bread crumbs, lightly press, flip over and coat the second side.<br \/>\nPlace breaded &#8216;chop in the prepared baking dish.<br \/>\nCrumb all &#8216;chops, place in baking dish and bake in preheated 400F oven for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from oven and evenly spread equal amounts of spaghetti sauce on each &#8216;chop. Sprinkle with mozza and return to oven; bake for another 5 &#8211; 7 minutes until cheese is melted and no longer pink.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, \u00a0Steamed Broccoli and a Garden Salad.<\/p>\n<p>Serves 4<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every now and then Fraser Valley Meats has a great special on Tomato Basil &#8216;chops.
