{"id":2510,"date":"2024-11-21T14:17:50","date_gmt":"2024-11-21T22:17:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?p=2510"},"modified":"2024-11-21T14:17:50","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T22:17:50","slug":"creamy-parmesan-italian-chicken-orzo-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/aysontespli.ca\/?p=2510","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Parmesan Italian Chicken &#038; Orzo Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>3-4 Chicken Breasts, cut into large chunks<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Olive Oil<br \/>\n1 Onion, diced<br \/>\n2 cloves Garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 can Diced Tomatoes<br \/>\n4 cups Chicken Broth<br \/>\n1 cup Heavy Cream<br \/>\n1 cup Orzo, uncooked<br \/>\n1 cup Parmesan, shredded<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried Basil<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried Oregano<br \/>\nS&amp;P to taste<br \/>\nFresh Parsley, for Garnish<\/p>\n<p>In a large pot, over medium high heat, cook chicken in the olive oil.<br \/>\nRemove chicken from pot, and set aside.<br \/>\nIn same pot add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion is soft, about 4-5 minutes<br \/>\nAdd diced tomatoes and chicken broth, basil and oregano.
